Chicken Macaroni Casserole
This super simple Chicken Macaroni Casserole is a one dish meal that takes minutes to prepare and will please even the pickiest eaters.

1 9x13 Casserole Dish
- 1-2 lbs Shredded Chicken
- 3 cups Macaroni (uncooked)
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 1/2 cups Milk
- 8 oz Cheddar Cheese
- 8 oz Colby Jack Cheese
- 1/4 tsp Pepper (optional to taste)
- 1/8 tsp Salt (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix uncooked macaroni noodles, shredded chicken and 1/2 of the cheese mixture in a mixing bowl. Spread in casserole dish.
Mix milk, both cans of soup in mixing bowl. Pour soup and milk mixture over the chicken mixture in casserole dish, stir lightly to ensure that all noodles are covered.
Spread the remaining 1/2 of the cheese mixture on top.
Cover with foil (I like to spray the foil with cooking spray first) and bake for 1 hour.
Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes.
