Weeknights are very busy at our house. After getting off of work and shuffling kids to practices and events, I like to prioritize quality time with my family and not have to worry about what’s for dinner. To make things easier, I keep a list of easy recipes I know my family will love. I also make sure that I only keep the essentials in my kitchen so I’m not searching through cabinets and drawers to find what I need.
We love to buy chicken in bulk so we always have some on hand. Chicken is easy to freeze so you can save yourself a little time on those busy nights. It’s a staple in our house because it’s versatile enough to add to almost any recipe.
