What We’re Eating this Week
We just got back from vacation, so we are eating at home all week this week. After eating out nearly every day for a week, we need to get back on track. Here’s what’s on the menu:

- Italian Grinder Salad
What I’m Wearing
We are keeping it casual around here. I’m living in my bathing suits and coverups. I got a little tired of wearing a one piece and finally found a couple of two piece suits that don’t make me feel like a blob. Of course, I never remember to take pictures, but I’ve linked my two favorites below.

What I’m Loving
It’s getting warmer out which means cocktails on the deck after work. One of my favorite drinks in the summer is Trader Joe’s Spicy Mango Lemonade with a shot of tequila. It’s super simple and refreshing and reminds me of one of my favorite spicy margaritas.
What I’m Excited About
I’m taking some extended time off of work and I’m so excited to have time this summer with my boys. One will be going to middle school next year and I know the days where they still want to hang out with their mom are limited. We are going to soak up all the fun and pool time!
What I’m Reading/Listening To
I listen to audio books like some people listen to music. If there’s a time when I don’t need to be fully present (while cooking, folding laundry, walking the dog), I have my airpods in and a book in the background. Here’s my list so far this month.

What Amazon Purchase Did I Love This Month
We have been in desperate need of new beach towels. Another pool mom recommended these microfiber towels and they are AMAZING! I love that they are thin and easy to pack. They are also really absorbant and dry quickly in the sun. We took them on vacation and loved that they didn’t take up much space in our bags. The best part is that they come with a little carrying case and a smaller towel that’s great for cleaning off glasses and goggles and just about everything. Each towel has a snap loop that hooks to the chair to keep it in place. Well worth it!!
What I’m Doing This Weekend
A friend from high school is coming into town and we are so excited to spend the weekend with her family!
